The High School Leadership Conference is a one day event for a team of high school students who will participate in a variety of workshops and large group activities to develop leadership skills. A team usually consists of six students from one high school, but a member may ask to bring a larger team and adjust the fee accordingly. Each district is asked to bring a differentgroup of students as the workshops may repeat each year. Content focuses on topics concerning leadership such as ethics, cooperation, and teamwork.
